The After School Club (ASC) Programme has been established for over 15 years. Our Freestyle TKD syllabus is taught to Primary School pupils immediately after school. This is a great way to start to learn TKD within the familiar surroundings of school.

HOW TO BOOK A TRIAL CLASS
Although it is encouraged that new members enrol at the beginning of term, they can join at any point. We offer up to 2 free trials. This allows potential members to see if the ASC is something they wish to enrol in before signing up.

SIGNING UP TO THE ASC'S
After your child has attended their trial class/es, you will need to enrol them if they wish to continue.

The enrolment fee is £40 which includes a years' licence* and a uniform. You must also select a membership:
CLASS MEMBERSHIP FEES
When enrolling, you will need to select which membership option suits you best:
Monthly - £25
Termly - £90 (charged every 4 months)
Annually - £240

The first membership payment will be charged along with the enrolment fee. It will then be taken on the same date of each following month/4th month/12th month, depending on which membership you have selected.
SUMMER HOLIDAYS
Although ASC's do not run over the summer holidays, we still have our evening and weekend classes. If you wish to continue classes over the school summer holidays, you can request a Bolt On Membership that offers up to 8 classes for £50.
Any additional classes are charged at £10 per class, or you can increase your monthly membership to include an additional weekly class (see your Instructor for details).
MEMBERSHIP & LICENCE FEE DETAILS
The Monthly Membership gives your child access to the ASC classes. They also get access to a weekly class in half terms, plus Easter and Christmas Holidays at any of our evening or weekend classes. They will not have access to classes over Summer Holidays*. This is an ongoing monthly payment and will be charged each month all year round.
The Termly Membership gives your child access to the ASC classes. They also access to a weekly class in half terms at any of our evening or weekend classes. They will not have access to classes over Easter and Christmas, or Summer Holidays*.
The Annual Membership only gives your child access to the ASC classes. They will not have access to classes over Easter and Christmas, or Summer Holidays*.
NOTE: August does not have ASC classes running, however monthly membership payments are still charged. If you cancel your payment for August, you will need to re-enrol in September. When Termly and Annual Membership periods run over August, it does not grant you access to classes over this period.
*A Summer Holidays Bolt-On can be purchased if you wish to attend during the Summer Holidays. If you have an extended Monthly Membership, this will include access to classes over the Summer Holidays.
If a scheduled ASC class is cancelled during a term, membership will be given access to additional classes to make up for the cancellation. There will not be any part refunds made unless there are more than 2 classes cancelled in a row.
The Annually Renewable Licence runs for 12 months from when you enrol. It is charged automatically on the anniversary of your enrolment at £40.
Please Note: the Family Discount is not available on ASC Memberships.
NO- REFUND POLICY
Once a membership and licence is purchased, it is not refundable. If you leave the ASC part way through a term, you may still be charge any outstanding fees for that period: Monthly Membership will run until the current half term is covered i.e. if you leave in at the beginning of a half term, you will be charged a further two months to cover the half term. Furthermore, if you decide not to continue into the next academic year, the August payment will still be charged. If you leave the ASC part way through a Termly or Annual Membership period, it will not be refunded in part or whole.
