Venues & Timetable
Phoenix SMA offers classes 6 days a week. These classes are in and around the eastern region of Southampton; Hamble, Sarisbury Green, Locks Heath & Bishop’s Waltham. These include evening and weekend classes, as well as After School Clubs.
Our weekday classes are mostly split by age. For each age category, the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes follow the Freestyle TaeKwonDo classes. So if you want to train both styles, you can carry on straight into the next style. If you wish to book a FREE trial class, click on the page tab above.
